Eclipse aluminum tc7 or tc9 equivelant?

i thought i was sure i had 12" tc9's but now im not so sure.

are these tc7 or tc9 design?

If they are the 88120 or 8122 "aluminum" series, they are TC7

Either way they are nice drivers that will take quite a bit more clean power then they're rated for.

I had 2500-2700 or so watts to 3 of them daily. Sealed box though.

I always thought the older aluminum ones were the tc-9's...and the titaniums used the 3hp.

No reason to be upset.

They are still great drivers.

I would have bet my life that the older aluminums used TC-9 motors...

does anyone have closeup tc9 motors or measurements to compare? unfortunately im pretty convinced they are tc7's
