i got my subs like 2 weeks ago. like a few days ago the guy said i havent paid for them. so i showed him the paypal info and what not, and he just responded saying "

HI , PLEASE INDICATE IF YOUR PAYMENT WAS REFUNDED AND WHAT THE REASON ON THE PAYPAL REFUND NOTICE

THANKS"

im guessing he thinks i paid for the item but they didnt get shipped..idk..lol..but just out of curiousity, could i say the payment wasnt refunded and he might give me the $ back? lol. i wont do it, was just wondering.

If you have proof that you sent the money and that there was no refund, what are you worried about?
