ebay scam....

since when? That isn't how my sour transactions worked out...
Most recently I got a surround sound system and right out of the box it was a POS. tried to talk to the guy but he could hardly speak english. Filed a complaint and got my money two days later. The guy told me to just keep the defective unit because he had no use for it.

Purchased a turbo that was suppose to be a REAL garrett and when i got it, the thing said XS Power right on the compressor wheel. I filed a complaint, the next day I got my money back and a couple days later the guy paypal'd me $30 to send the turbo back to him...

on a set of brake rotors I bought a couple years back I waited 2 weeks and recieved nothing. Emailed the seller on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, never heard back so the fallowing monday I filed a complaint. He never responded to that, Got my $125 back then 3 days later the rotors showed up... Tried to get a hold of him to re-pay for them but never could so i kept the rotors and the money
last 2 times i had a problem them made me send it back 1st one was a pair of fake jordans the other a alpine deck that didnt play cds came up as error seller refused to help paypal had me ship the items back and provide a tracking number to them and the seller after it was showed it was delived i got a full refund but not the cost to ship items back.

HHMMMMM.... Guess I have just been lucky thus far!

Sounds like you blew the sub. If you seen the holes or whatever BEFORE, why would you even bother testing it? If i get something and see it is not as described, I STOP touching it and contact the seller/paypal/UPS whatever... I for sure do not proceed to mess with it and then blow it and piss and moan to a forum that had NOTHING to do with the deal. Then say you are wanting to keep the sub and the money... You look like a tool from this thread...

if you get a refund from paypal (which i doubt you will) the seller is responsible for shipping charges to get it back to him or you keep it...
you aren't me are you? I was testing to see if it would be sufficent, (ie just keeping it)

wow this thread blew up today lol

that sucks, i think 500 is high for that sub anyways even bnib, but meh JL is "ok" to me, but i'd be pissed find where he lives, get your money back, and keep the sub and send it to get fixed.. thats what i'd do anyways....

I'll have to send it back. WHICH IS FINE. I'll just be out 50 bucks and buy another JL AUDIO PRODUCT! (hopefully another 13W7) This is going to drain me 50 bucks

hopefully you dont think that if you file a paypal dispute you will get your money back. if the seller transferred the money out of paypal already(which he probably did if he is smart) they cant retreive it for you

I bought a set of tail lights off ebay once, they were broken when they arrived, i went back and in one of the pics you could see the crack. I called paypal, told them what happened, shipped bck without insurance, and got a full refund+shipping back. Paypal will be on your side if you explain what happened, they may give you shipping back.
