i purchased a mtx t9512-44 from a ebay seller, the dude wont even write me or call me back . i went to m y paypal account and the payment is still unclaimed wtf!!! and i need it . all other sites discontinued the mtx t9512-44 there making new models

well i made a ebay account last week and i wrote the seller too see if he had a mtx 9500 left and ebay suspended my account idk y i waited like a week and a half the paypal payment said it was still unclamied i wrote the seller and this is what he said ""ok man I have 1 email account. 1 paypal account. Paypal says theres no money been sent. Balance is ZERO. When theres money in there I'll ship the item. I do have 2 in stock. If you're not a scam then get it right on your end and we'll make it happen."" so i cancelled the order i got my refund back so i tried my sisters ebay account and bought on with her account since she was a member. and i ordered it monday and it still says the same thing unclaimed. did i mess up on my behalf or is it the seller who never checks his mail or account?
