i just got an email from the seller. He said he's never seen anything like that before. He goes on saying that he purchased the amp from someone on ebay a year before. "I did not get shipping insurance, since in my experience, car audio equiptment, since it is designed for a harsh environment, and I just assumed it would be tough enough to handle being shipped." What an idiot car audio equipment in a harsh environment. Right no wonder I see people with broken subs/amps/speakers/etc on here. "If you would like a refund, please ship the amp back to me, and I will refund your money after i have inspected the amp, and determined that it was in fact not working when you recieved it. I know this is kind of a hassle, but it is the best I can do. " And he wants me to ship it back to him so he can determine that it was not working before I installed it. Yeah right! It blew right infront of my face as I turned on my HU and smoked. I even took it apart to see what happen to it. It looks like one of the ciruits fried. Either that or I send it to soundstream to have it fixed. I'm like shit I already paid $150 for it I want my money back. I don't want to send it back and pay $20 and hope that I'll get a refund. f that or send it to soundstream and have to pay shipping item to there and back to me not to mention the reapair costs. it'll be more then what the amp is worth
