Earthquake PH10000/1?

Have a chance to pick one of these up locally and was wondering if anyone had some thoughts/opinions on this amp. Looks to be in fairly good condition cosmetically. Saw them new on sonic for $700 new but I can get it a bit cheaper so I'm looking for feedback.
