Might be a dumb question but is it easier on a electrical to do 2 ohms or 1? Also ship to 44203
If you had an amp optimized for a one ohm load and you ran it at two ohms then yes it would be easier on your electrical. In this case the amp is made to do 2k at 2 ohms which is not going to be any easier on your electrical than an amp rated for 2k at one ohm. This amp has been traded. I will have another available shortly for about the same price.

doesnt this only make power at really high thd/distortion giving it the name "shredder"
Post Dump?

At any rate I will try to address this unecessary comment. There were a few magazine test back in the day showing that these amps did have some higher distortion figures than compareable amps at that time. Its an inherent characteristic of the output circuitry they used. The design is very efficient but in turn does produce a little more distortion. A little known fact is that MANY companies have used this same design (MMATS, Hifonics, Solid Audio, Diamond Audio to name a few) and for whatever reason none of those companies seem to have gotten the bad sound quality rep that this amp did. Most people who have actually used and heard one of these amps would probably tell you it doesnt sound any different than most class d amps out there . People just like spouting rumors that they read on the internet.

Bump for a Good Amp here...

Out of the 1k plus amps i've used, this is one of the better sounding ones i've ran so far. Gain is less than 1/4th the way up, very very eff. pulling way less current than the AQ was at 1200, or my Memphis Pr1k and the other few ones I have laying around. I am running it @4ohms atm.. 2k @ 2ohms for the price is great...

Also can be modded to be stable for burps down to 1ohm... have seen a few vids of .5ohm burps on outstanding electrical the same as 1ohm...
