Im not really getting any bass over 70Hz, and have a gap from 46Hz-59Hz that doesnt play well either. My LPFs are at 90Hz, so its not that. This box is tuned lower then the last one I was using, and sounds much better in the low end, as it should. I listen to a lot of rock and techno though, and want to fill in the gaps. I havent hooked the Crescendo comps up yet, but I doubt they will put out as much mid bass as I want. I was thinking of getting a pair of E8s and seal them in the rear deck, and cross them around 150Hz or so. Anyone try using them for their mid-bass? Would doing something like that blend alright? Im not looking for perfect SQ or anything, so imaging doesnt matter to me. Just want a nice even output across the low and mid range.
