**** it today busted my balls like the nut cracker.

We had fawking 4 servers go down on us and a shit load of people insisting that it was there PC that was "broken". IDC how many times I told them "Ma'am no, the reason you cant connect to novell is because the server is down" they would insist that I go to there computer and look at it "Ok and Ma'am like I said this is not your computer... see how I cant "communicate" with the server (Showed them timed out respondes from pinging)" then they would come back with a dumb comment "Maybe my PC needs more memory its kind of slow maybe thats why"

I usually just give up and walk away.

Today was the longest day Ive ever had! And it sucked really bad cause I had the shits really bad (**** spicy beef jerky) was like a faucet out my ***.
