E-Dead V1 vs. V1SE

Hey guys,

I did a search and looked at a bunch of threads on E-Dead, but I didn't find too many comparisons between v1 and v1SE, but since v1SE is 150% the price of v1, I figure it's worth the consideration. I was going to buy v1SE, but does the extra thickness really make that much of a difference? I've never done sound dampener at all before, so I'm hoping that adding ANY will help. And I'm about to install my Rainbows and ARC amp, so I want this thing to sound as good as possible, but without going crazy on accessories. Thanks in advance.

v1SE is thicker. and gooier. which makes a huge difference with the rattles.
