dynaudio MD100 vs MD102 and xovers

I bought a pair of MW160s a while ago thinking i would go active, but between the complexities and an additional amp i don't have the knowledge/space. I planned on buying the mid's matching MD100 tweeter and X250 xover at a later time and lose the $50 over the whole comp set at once. That time is now, but the tweets/xover has changed to a MD102/X252 to be paired with the new mw162. The new tweet is 8 ohm, but the xover states the amp still sees a 4 ohm load (Old and new mid are 4ohm). The crossover point has changed a bit (2800hz to 2200hz) and the tech specs of the tweet are a little different.

The problem lies in that i don't know enough to say for sure that the old mid will sound decent with the (new) MD102/x252 combo. The tweet/xover will be ~$400 so i do't want to regret it. Any opinions? I would rather look for a left over complete comp set and pirating the xover/tweet, but my luck has been poor lataly looking for last years equipment.

here are links to manufactures tech specs:

X250 (old Crossover)

MD100/MW160 (old tweeter/mid i own)

md102 specs

i cant link to xover specs. http://www.dynaudio.com > automotive>aftermarket etc
