I know ppl may say this is the wrong section but its also not actually a for sale or trade thread. I really want to have this clamped to see what i can actually get out of this clean before i really considered trying to trade it off. The only thing that makes me want is its rate @ .5ohm and im not looking for power there. im wanting power @ 1ohm. i seen where, @TaylorFade clamped one on here but idk if thats a 1 ohm clamp or not. i know the rise was to 1.6 but i dont completely understand how to clamp. but any one who has exp with these who have clamped them id like to know the actual 1 ohm numbers if possible. also i may be looking for trades so offer up if you want......
whatever its rated at.. the DTR should do it if not a little better than that..
huh?

the numbers @TaylorFade posted on here for the dtr were pretty legit. 2800+rms @ rise to 1.6 on about 12.9v if im not mistakin

Yeah... they run what they are listed at running and then better... the DTR was built to run... I have the DTR 1700

That clamp you're referring to was a .35 nominal load. So, just under rated impedance.

In a daily app, with a properly designed enclosure and wired to 1 ohm nominal, you'd probably see 2x rise to ~ 2 ohms. Which isn't far off of my clamp number.

It makes as much power as any good 2k @ 1 ohm but you have the option of running .5 if you get frisky. I'd keep it.

I see.. I have a 4th order bandpass now.. I was told they help cut down on your rise
