I think the best approach is just to be up front with your mom. On the way to the doctor, just say, "Mom, there is something I have been wanting to tell you. I have been smoking a little MJ from time to time. It's not a big thing, and if you think I need to I will go to rehab."

So once i get there, the first thing i have to do is pee, and i'm like shit this is going to be bad. A girl peed right before me who was about 16, and i was almost tempted to pour half of her pee from the specimen cabinet into my cup, but then i thought it would be bad if tests came back i was pregnant or something lol. Besides, what if hers was worse than mine lol.

So when the pediatrition comes in, he looks at me and says he has bad news. i'm freaking out and my heart is racing. after my mom leaves the room he checks me out and i ask him what the bad news was, and he said that i just have to get shots, so thats a relief.

What is going to happen to the pee? will they test it for various drugs? or do they just check to make sure everything is ok?

Nah, there are other tests that they do with the sample. It's routine.

no probably for different tests but doctors do not usually drug test unless requested by the parents. so unless ur mom is a nazi i would not worry about it, and also they cannot tell her the results anymore due to the fact ur 18 and it has to go through you.

lots of doctors have taken my piss and i have never heard anythign back from them and i know my parents would of said something back in the day about it, so i would ssay dont worry and go smoke some more
