uh that's a sky burial not a drug cartel. Drug cartels chop up bodies and throw the parts in the middle of the street in broad daylight and dare the cops to say something about it. Cuz if they do "get the sticks!" (Sticks=large automatic rifles, i.e. ak-47s,ar-15s etc
