Do/did some of your driver's ed teachers take you on their errands? My bro's teacher had him drive to the mall, to his gf's house, etc. Pretty funny.
Cali law is 6 hours behind the wheel with instructor and waiting 6 months between permit and license test if youre under 18.

Kinda, on one day we went to go pick up her kid from elementary school. Took her like 30 minutes for some reason, not that I cared much, just wanted to get that stuff done with. All the other days it was normal.

in NY its like 380 I think, you dont need it to get your licence(sp? haha looks weird this morning) but it does let you drive past 9 when you're 17, not 18(wooh). haha never took it, and I still turned out just fine.
