Downloading movies from isohunt - locked?

Lately ive downloaded 2 movies from isohunt and they wont play like normal files. Everythings the same as far as file size and etc, just when i go to play them it says "this file is locked" which appears to be just a recording of that for 1 minute, and i have to go to such and such *** website to view this video with some special viewer. Im not stupid enough to do that, so im just wondering wtf is going on with this? Im figuring theres no way the files are "locked" and displaying that, just someone made that video and upped it to 700mb to look like a movie file size. Makes no sense:crap:

junk. Delete it and find a new torrent. It helps to read the comments first...

Because isohunt is a lame public tracker and the uploaders are password protecting the files

btjunkie.org and demonoid are all I use...however Demonoid has been down for a VERY long time, haven't checked it in awhile so it may be back up

Just find a good private tracker and be done with it

Why people still mess with public crap is beyond me

if it has to do with not sharing(seeding) back just donate a few bucks a month so you have no ratio restrictions

Yeah demonoid definitely lacks the variety that btjunkie has...but it also doesn't host any fucking viruses either...
