hi. i had a question concernig this. now, since bass tracks are for testing you r subwoofers etc. in your car, should they be downloaded at 128kbps or higher bitrates when you are using a downloading program? would say 192 etc. change how the tracks sound in your car? i mean, what si the bitrates for bass tracks? i'd like to get them to sound as close to a bass track cd as possible so they work properly. is a 128kbps bitrate close enough???

i hope you guys can understand my question. thx!

typing without your fingers taped together would help you initially.
what the heck is that supposed to mean??//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Lower bitrates also remove lower frequencies, too ... It removes high frequencies and lower level information.
The lower the bitrate, the more high frequencies it removes as well as higher level information. i.e. 320 kbps may remove information higher than 20,000 Hz and lower than -72 dB, but 128 kbps may remove information higher than 12,000 Hz and lower than -40 dB.

I'm not sure on the exact numbers here because I don't have time to look them up ATM.
so overall, do we go with the 128 / 192 or 320 kbps?? i dont it perfect, just whatever suits well and is the closest thing to the real tones on a cd.
