He is back in the public eye after dime bag died. I thought I might never see Phil doi anything musically ever again. He released a down album in 02' and they will start work on down 3 soon.

ive heard a little bit of it i have a few tracks off power metal u can get it all off the pantera forum. The only reason to listen to it is for dimebag's guitar work the rest is just not so good.
