the rush on gasoline the day before will drive the cost up; the day no one buys gas will drive the cost back down and the entire thing will be a wash.
The only way to really bring the cost of gas down is to impeach president bush.

buy a civic, and put in premium... I get 420 miles per full tank @ $34 dollars. 92 civic 195k miles. Sucks for looks, great for money saver!

When I bought gas last week it was $3.39 for regular here in California.

(Its gone UP another .15 since then!)

And that was the cheapest price in the area.

We spend over twice as much annually on the war in Iraq as we do on all federal food and unemployment benefits for the poor.

Personally i think feeding the poor IN OUR OWN COUNTRY is more important than waging a war to drive up oil profits for the rich friends of Mr Bush.

i paid $2.89 yesterday!

How can i contribute to a democratic candidates election campaign if i spend all my monies on gas?

Its a vicious circle where the GOP maintains control and keeps gas prices artificially high.
