Dolby Pro-Logic II Sound Processor

I have always wanted to add a Dolby Pro-Logic II Sound Processor to my car. I have been interested in the rfq-5000 but it seems hard to find one of these for sale. Does anybody know of any other Dolby Pro-Logic II Sound Processors that are simple and do the same thing as the fosgate processor. Im not looking to spend no more than $200 on one of these if i can.

You can find some of the previous 2 year single din video JVC decks, they had DPL2 built in. That;s the only way I know of for that cheep.

I have a nice digital car DTS & Circle Surround Decoder for sale....it is a 1/2 DIN mount 5.1 with Analog and two Digital inputs ...Front and rear plus sub and center outputs.....It is a very nice processor...PM me if intrested....
