I had to put my last one down last year and as I am planning on moving overseas as soon as the paperwork comes through there hasn't been much reason to get another.

Its a combo of good genetics and proper care. He obviously takes very good care of his dogs and feeds them properly. That combined with the pedigree of the dog is gonna produce the beasts up top

Oh man I'm sorry to hear that. That's the problem wioth danes, they dont' live long. We got this guy for $450. He's akc registered and is growing like crazy. He's put on 8 pounds in 2 weeks.

I know. The one I put down last year was far from my first one. Average life expectency is between 8 and 10 years for Danes, on average, and mine was 10yrs 3mths when I had to send her to that big playground in the sky.
