get a temporary setup in a sealed box and test tones until you find peak, tune to that? I have never done it before but I sure I read it somewhere, whether its true or not is another thing. Thats my 2 cents, goodluck, what setup are you thinking anyways?

I have 6 memphis mojo 15's now w/6 mojo 2500's doing a 157 on t/l but its got more than that in it just got to get closer to tuning

its not as simple as this. Nobody knows what year your truck is, 2dr, 4dr, max cab, etc. what setup. Wtf are you trying to do? SPL? SQ? What subs? How much space do you have? etc....

I have a 2001 dodge ram extended cab,spl,as far as space there are 6 subs,2 per chamber w/6 cu ft. total each chamber overall.using memphis mojo 15's (6) w/ mojo 2500 amps(6),it has a wall.What all do you need?

You want us to tell you the resonant frequency of your highly modified truck that includes a wall? Like someone else said, run tones and find it yourself. Anyone here who gave you a number would basically be guessing, as yours truck isn't even going to have the same freq as a stock one.

where did you have it metered ? I know at MECA contests they do clinics .... the TL meter can do a sweep and tell you what you want to know.

well just thought this would be a interesting topic to me but if you dont want to have positive input,fine,as said just wanted to see what people had to say,yes it is highly modified and i have worked on it for 3 years and thousands of dollars and i like to share and trade conversations with people whether i/they compete. this is a hobby to me,and love talking with people about improvements that can be made on their/my setups,so i'm not asking for no one to just tell me frequencies for my particular setup rather where they do there best,but as far as i've seen on here there's not many comp setups anyways,just daily semi-grounpounders.

I'm more into SQ, not really SPL ..... but I'm with you on most people here not being in comps. As I said, next time you go to a comp, have them run a sweep with the TL

I like checking the SQ vehicles out but not many people are doing it,wish more people would get involved in the comp scene,it is really interesting and fun and let's not forget expensive.
