I would recommend getting the 6x9-6.5/5.25 speaker adapters to give more options for component speakers as well. They are very inexpensive, and will allow you to look at more options within your budget, like a two way component set up front or even look into a 3 way front stage, and a coax or 2 way low rms component set for the rears.
I have the CT Sounds 150.4 and two 2000.1. Pretty clean and solid amps for more than a year of use. I wouldnt expect the CT Sounds 80.4 to be any less of a compromise to deliver the needs for your liking and budget. Kicker speakers are not a quality well made speaker any longer as they have been in the past. CDT Audio usually has a monthly Sale on speakers that Id look into,. though i would not recommend any of the CL series, but recommend the HD series components and the Upstage sets as well or 3 way sets https://www.ctsounds.com/collections/ct-series-amplifiers/products/ct-150-4d https://www.ctsounds.com/collections/ct-series-amplifiers/products/ct-80-4d SoundQubed has a 5 ch LOC that may interest you as well, and meet the criteria?
