but if i dont care about the driver info or the chimes then that one should be fine..I dont care about not having the driver info or the dumb chime sounds..

Like I said, it will cause codes/issues with the computer system but yes you can use it. You will have to run the igntion wire over to the igntion or accessory output of your igntion switch or some people go to a fuse.

I dont do it this way but like I said your car your choice.
