Dirt Cheap Test Amp

I'm looking for a really cheap amp I can hook up to my PC so that I can test and hone the component set that I'm putting together. It only needs to be 10W RMS per channel or so. I'd like to find one under $30 that runs on 120V AC and can accept input from my audio outs on my computer. If it has RCA inputs, that's okay because I have adapters for that.

Any suggestions?

a regular 12v amp thats around 20wrms x2 ch...

then use a AC adaptor and thats that

I'm searching eBay but I can't seem to find an amp that is less than "200 W" - which would be one of the shitty overrated amps that really put out some mystery amount.

Ohhh, tricky! Too bad that amp is dead. I assume that when they say "tested" and don't follow that with anything such as, "working" it is probably a dead amp.

I don't feel like repairing an amp.

If it were working that would be PERFECT...any other suggestions?

For that use, and that low a wattage, why not just go to wallmart and pick up a cheapy jensen or sony? I mean, for that use it sounds like it could even be a pyramid and get away with it.......

altho, if you can find one on ebay....one of the old soundstream d60's or d100's would sound excellent!

It's funny that I didn't think of that! That's exactly where I bought the 400SX that I use in my car.
