Hmmm...
Well, I was heavy. Lost 140lbs, gained 60lbs over 3 yrs. Time for diet again. Im doing...
6 egg whites, 6 slices whole turkey breast, and beagle for breakfast at 7am
Nutri bar at 10am
Salad for lunch at 12pm
Peanut butter sandwich at 3pm for high protein
baked chicken over white rice at 6pm
I lost 140lbs in a year doing that, gonna try it again....
