Diet Menu???

Well, I was heavy. Lost 140lbs, gained 60lbs over 3 yrs. Time for diet again. Im doing...

6 egg whites, 6 slices whole turkey breast, and beagle for breakfast at 7am

Nutri bar at 10am

Salad for lunch at 12pm

Peanut butter sandwich at 3pm for high protein

baked chicken over white rice at 6pm

I lost 140lbs in a year doing that, gonna try it again....

 
Wow man that is impressive, what did you start at?

Just from looking at what I would do is drop the bagel and go with WW english muffin or toast. It will cut down on some of the carbs.

Also the 'nutri bar' not sure if that is like a nutri grain bar which have a ton of sugar/HFCS you can make your own protein bars which are much better for you.

I would also cut out anything white (no racist) go with whole wheat (not wheat or 'wheat enriched') breads and pastas the white shit is no good for you and does not fuel your body like WW does.

 
as long as your not trying to get below 12-15% bodyfat a fat loss diet is mostly about caloric intake. try not to go 500 calories below basal caloric intake or you risk losing muscle mass (something around 1-2 lb per week is ideal loss rate). try to keep your carbs lower GI, id say replace the sliced bread and nutri bar; on a diet the only carbs i get are brown rice and oatmeal; absolutely NO sugar. increase the protein (at LEAST 1.5gram per/lb of bw). i usually do NO carbs 5 hours before bedtime, just proteins and healthy fats.

the real challenge is getting your menu to abide by these standards.

kinda reminds me of me im like 270 right now i dropped 10 lbs this month just keep eating healthy. i eat about 4-7 fruits a day and llike 3 sammiches . just cut out what you dont need and you will be good

 
just kep eating everything you see. so your metabolism goes crazy and shit . eat as long as its healthy (fruits veggies) that realy helps alot i eat sumthing every like 1 1/2 hours, been working for me
