Did UPS loose my package?

I bought some HIDs from some people that are in GA. I am in Miami, FL. I expected it to take maximum 3 days to get to me, after I paid. I paid with paypal. Anyways...It was supposed to get to me on March 2nd. March 2nd then got rescheduled for the 3rd. That got rescheduled for the 6!!! Today is the 6 and still nothing!! Most fustrating part about the whole thing is that it says the package is in Miami and has been since March 1st!! I just don't know which exact store it is at. I am starting to think they lost my package. Here are the latest updates from them. Im thinking about giving them another day then going on Wednesday to file a claim.

you should call them and say "why the fuc r u leaving my package at the facility when it is suppose to be getting put on the truck for delivery. is it that hard to reach out and grab the box and put it on the conveyor belt so that it ends up in the trucc? put my box on that truck you dumb *******. thank you."

it took them 5 days to deliver a package from san fransisco to sacramento so i think theyre gonna use the whole 5 days

It's been more than 5 days though! They recieved the billing information on the 24th! It's been in Miami for 5 days now!!
