Idk where to wire the chassis to engine part? also, ran out of wire.. here's what it looks like now

Find any bolt on the engine block. Try to find the stock engine block to chassis ground. That's what I did.

Wire the chassis to the alternator bracket or any part of the block. Is that 3400 in an Impala? I'm guessing so because of the graphic in your sig. My uncle has an LS with the 3800 Series II and my mom has a basic Impala with the 3400 SFi. Both are 2002s. I personally feel that the 3400 has more balls than the 3800. The 3400 also has a "throatier" sound to it. Neither come close to the LT1 though...

Yea its the 3400 impala.. i drove one of the x cop ones its the 3800. 34 sounds waaayyy better. and it drives a little better too. coulda just been my car tho haha..

but it's ok to wire the alt. case to the ground?

when i did the big 3 on my car i just used one of the mounting screws for the plastic cover thingy on the engine; the cover thing wouldnt fit back on unless i cut it to its sitting in the garage right now

i had 2 cut mines, or it wouldnt fit

buy side post extenders, that looks very african

i bought the long one by accident because i didnt know how it worked. only the positive has it but i still had to cut the rubber casing to get the original screw out.

so you have done the alt to + batt right? i would not drive your car you can overload the battery with positive and it can spark out of the terminal and start fires.

ive dont the alt to bat and bat negative to ground.. how can it spark out the terminal?

I'm sure there's better ground points than that, but if you can't find a better one, it's okay to use.
