Mb seems more efficient with only a 30rms rating, thoughts? I have 90rms to offer, im leaning towards diamonds as of now

Dont focus on the power ratings so much. They won't dictate which is louder on less power or whatever. Just try to get the better sounding set. Throw all of the power ratings = efficiency stuff out of your mind.

I've never heard either set, so I can't speak from experience. The only Diamonds I've heard are D6 and Hex and I liked them both so its safe to say Diamond makes some pretty decent stuff. I dont really like to touch anything Maxxsonics so if I HAD to choose of those, it'd be the Diamonds I suppose.

I have heard these though and they're nice for the price IMO.

or you could save up a little more and go with the Pioneer TS D1720c (109 new) or find a set used or other comps used. I had those for a good minute and the midbass on them is sick! They do well on little power but will still take tons of it.

lol I think ima pick up the diamonds, just hoping the alloy tweets wont be to so loud in the back they throw the sound off. Since i have silks up front

So these will be on rear fill duty? Why not just mids? Possibly coaxes.....
