Depends on price.

The sundown will put out more power. But what is the cost of each.

The Sundown sae-1200d is currently on sale for a good price. They are very under-rated amps and as with any Sundown product they are built like tanks. If you'd like something a lil less powerful I believe Jacob also still has a couple sae-1000s for sale at a closeout price.
