DHL is letting me down.

So my '06xxx12" is shipped last wednesday....It could have been here Saturday due to the transit time...wasnt scheduled to be but DHL is usually early...but it wasnt, I was like its ok i'm getting it Monday. So I patiently wait around the house before work for the package, doesnt turn up the tracking still shows where it was from the 28th. So I called DHL and they tell me they were sorry but some freight was pushed back, and I would recieve asap today. So I wait around again and the tracking still shows the same and I call and them tell me it hasnt inbounded in Texas yet...well I just got a call from some lady informing that "unfortunately your package has been lost in transit". Im like you gotta be kidding me, and she goes on to ask about the contents of it...value and such...and she insures they'll find it(they dont know that) she's going to give me another call around the same time tommorow. I asked how was it lost and if its not found what will happen. She told me possibly the shipping label came off, if so it will goto there lost clams facility or something... And if its not found they'll file a claim, which takes 47 days or so I think....Aint this some shiat? I trust dhl too much i suppose...Toxic Tuan who i bought it from said he'll changing his carrier...common mistake possibly but get facts before you tell someone its going to get somewhere and it not get there.

from my expierence if its not a big package like mine it will get there on time...the xxx is 85 pounds...thats still no excuse...

this is odd...im in Hull...but Houston is my shipping station...same goes for you...? gee is there maybe a link in there somewhere? i'll get the DHL distribution center address in Houston and we'll go and burn it down..ahh but what if they have our packages....hmmm what to do
