yea but everybody starts out with no references...i mean i had none...but before i made a purchase i talked with people he had done business with....and i paid first....so he wouldnt have to ship it if he didnt get the money...

i guess some people dont pay enough attention to these things when making a purchase...

True, but even then some steps can be taken to assure scamming doesnt happen. If there were no references, even with eBay, I would insist on COD.

I want to know his side. Did you see the other thread that he started. Saying he wants to buy a RAZR phone for $200. That's my money right there. I sent him $240. That's bull$hit!

I am not going to play middle man. He did say that you have the amp and that you were complaining about a scratch on it. You wanted a refund. They you said you didnt get it or something....here is his PM...

I have already gotten that bullshit taken care of, there were some problems starting off with it and he got it about a week later then expected, but it was taken care off, hes had the ****ing amp for like 3 weeks now and hes still posting saying he never got it and sending me pms wanting his money back becuase there is a small scratch on the ED badge, its about the size of a fingernail (in length) but otehr then that the amp is brand new, and works fine, but he still wants to make my life hell because of this

Really though, you NEED to respond with this info in the tread. You can't let you name get trashed if it is the truth. This is the main reason why I hate dealing in the clasifieds. You never know what could happen.

Have him send it back to you and you refund him his money. If he wont send it back to you then dont worry about it. Seriously though, you need to respond with this info in the thread.

I never got the amp. He sent me a tracking number that never worked and that was the last of our communication. Anybody want to try the tracking number? Believe me I tried it like 20 time in a row and it was bogus. He never responded to the bad seller thread that I started so you know he's full of CHIT!
