Me and my friend have entered a derby here and we used an 88 Delta.

I was just wondering if anyone here had any experience in a derby and working on the car.

We entered in the outlaw derby, which at the time on entry we thought it was a restricted derby with rules and such but its not.

So now on the day of the derby we have to change game plans. We got a roll cage but thats about it.

What all can we do to make it better? Engine mods? Body mods? Chassis mods? Interior mods?

Just any ideas to help us out would be appreciated.

Thanks!

dude....lol kick ass
We're gonna try to. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

It should be one hellova time. Our car dont look too bad either, we painted it black with red racing stripes. We call it "Tha Black B.itch" lol I'll try to get some pics of it, before and after.

Heres some humor for you...

Whenever we were trying to take the exhaust out, the cutter we were using wouldnt cut through the pipe and so I ran to the barn and got a logging chain and wrapped that joker around the pipes and then hooked it to my truck and yanked that sumb.itch out.

Git er' done!

Seeing as noone I know is a serious DD-er, my sugguestion is to avoid hitting other people's driver side door, and have fun. =D
x2..I think it`s illegal in just bout every circut to hit the drivers side door*as a safety percaution*The only thing ya gonna need is a helmet and to keep that b*tch running after a few good blast.
