DEI dvc competition 15's?????

my friend picked up a box with 4 15" DEI competition subwoofers and he's letting me get them for $150. the subs have a tanish/brown and black cone with dei competition in the center with a few bright colored triangles facing down i believe and they say 650 watts on the magnet but im not sure if dei is the type to label their sub with the max power (sony) or underrated rms (Fi, AQ, ect)

any info on these from my discription? they are dvc 4ohm and im looking to push them at 2ohms with my xtant 1001x which is rated at 1000+rms at 2ohm for a few weeks until i save up for the AQ HD3 15. thanks for any input

i know SOMEBODY had to of had experience with directed subs
