I = king of venison....

About to have thin deer steak with onions and peppers on a hoagie bun here in a few minutes..

Also have some deer summer sausage with cheese and jalapenos for a snack later..

And for summer theres half a wild turkey breast to cut up into strips and deep fry...

Overall, backstrap is definitely the best.. Nothing like some deep fried tenderloin.. Tenderloin on the grill wrapped in bacon is also very godo. Not to mention tenderloin biscuits.. If I had to choose one type of meat to it raw, it would be deer tenderloin!

I've had plenty of vineson in my lifetime. I'm not an avid hunter, in fact I've never gone hunting in my life. It just so happens that when an animal crosses my path, it drops dead in it's tracks. Fear.....it does a body good.
