POWER/ALTERNATOR:

my old 270 mechman alternator

It did 165 amps by 700 rpm engine speed, full output by 1800 rpm engine speed.

THE CASING'S MOUNTING HOLES DIDN'T FIT =/

matthew logan from mechman was nice enough to modify one of my extra stock alternator that i had

for the malibu,so it can be a direct fit for sure

my new one

it does over 300 amps by 1800 rpm, with over 170 amps at 700 rpm engine speed.

they tested it in the dyno and it did 319 amps at 1800 rpm engine speed
