I've heard these tweeters are known for the opposite of harsh/tinny but the tweets I just installed are really harsh, am I clipping em?

ive never heard of the t2's being harsh and the cs set comes with the t2s????

Using stock HU with 360.2 and cadence ia4

Ever install I have heard them in I thought they were a little on the bright side for my taste but I would not call them overly harsh. I have not been a big fan of the DD comps. in any of the vehicles I have heard them in so far but it all personal preference.

Have you checked all your settings in the HU (treble, factory eq) or other settings to ensure you are not boosting a freq. within the pass band the tweeters are playing in.

What are you x-over settings on the set?
