ACTUALLY AFTER HAVING 6 Z1'S, AND 3 40.1'S THE Z1 WILL GO LOWER THAN A 40.1 AS WELL AS DO A TAD BIT MORE POWER.

40.1=.33 OHM LOAD THATS ABOUT IT WITHOUT HAVING IT CLIP ON YOU

Z1=.25 OHM LOAD AND IS QUITE A BIT MORE EFFICIENT AT THAT ALSO.

OVER ALL CHOICE IS THE Z1 THE MAIN DIFFERANCE BETWEEN THE 2 IS THE 40.1 WILL RUN 18V AT .33 OHMS AND DO ALOT MORE POWER THIS WAY AS WELL.

i HAD 3 40.1'S IN MY TRUCK ON 3 RD HEAVYWEIGHT 15'S DOING 164+DB'S.

I know people have these amps so please feel free to chime in...I'm looking for 1 ohm numbers
1 amp, at 1 ohm in a daily driver setup, DD Z1a.

For competition and extreme setups, I'd listen to ol' Sanman, he BEATS UP AMPS AND SUBS for a hobby;)
