they under rate @ 1200 RMS, you can ask around about what people actually put to them, we have run DD subs daily on over 4000watts rms. we have a DDz2, a DD z1, and we have run 2 concept CC-D2400A's strapped on 1 9512 and 9515

yeah 1 9515D on 4000 watts in a saturn sl2 was hitting 148.8 on a TL daily. the box was 3.5 cu ft.

I don't know, thats a lot of air space to pressureize, but it would depend on the install.
