Message: <blockquote data-quote="fasfocus00" data-source="post: 7233958" data-attributes="member: 576857"><p>i compared a 12" Level 4 and a 12" Fi Q both on 1500 watts in a 2 cubic foot box with a 4" aero port tuned to 32hz. as well a a 15" of the same model's in a 3.5 cubic foot box with a 6" aero port tuned to 34hz. to the ear the skin the DC sounded louder but on a friends AC meter the Fi was louder by just over a full DB in the 15" and just under in the 12". yeah that doesn't seem like much but considering that the Fi sub is cheaper and the recones are cheaper I was expecting to have the opposite result. i've heard the Fi customer service nightmares but honestly the money that I save, I'll deal with it. BTW all the testing was done in a '00 focus hatchback with a Kicker ZX1500. my next full build will be with 2 15" Fi Qs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
