hey just wondering which one would be louder? in a trunk of a 06 grand prix, right now i have a sundown 3000D.. also i was thinkn about 2 dc lvl 4 XL 12's

in a heads up comparison the z will be stronger. The xl's will sound better lol

the Z would sound nice if the spiders where more linear... Z is going to be about as loud as the level 5..

i cant even see how you can comment on this question. What kind of enclosure is it going in? do you want SQ or SPL? how many z's? what kind of music do you listen to? How much room do you have for a box? are your ears the same as my ears?

way to many ****ing variables to consider before anyone can even remotely comment on this question

In a drop in test, the Z was a bit louder that the lvl 5. A couple new records were set last weekend with the Zs as a matter of fact...

Drop in test are null and void IMO because a slight enclosure change could yeild better results.

can he really afford 2 95z's....... i think 2 12xls would be less in cost for both then 1 95z and sound nicer DDs do have the hollow sound but get loud as fawk though.
