He means you dont get more for being 150 @ 30hz than you do 150 @ 50 hz...

MECA UK (when they were still around) was doing a competition called "propper droppers" where it was acutal competition to see how low and loud you got. Dunno where that scorekeeping ended up though.

At one point the black van was peaking at 49-50hz on the dash... the highest score I got (in competition) was 168.4db

No organization keeps records of what the person's frequency was, but I'm sure most people know what frequency they used.
