I'm new at installing radios so take it easy . But anyways I'm installing a radio on a galant and I've got everything working. Cept one thing my dashboard lights don't come on. When I looked at the wiring I didn't use there were two one for the lights. But the radio I've got (kenwood KDC MP-242) doesn't have a wire to accept the dash wire from the galant. The wires left after installing everything are... Mute wire (for blue tooth) a "not used" blue wire The other wires are all of the +, - speaker wires Ignition wire Batter wire and then the Ground So is this dashboard wire causing the light problem? And if so where do I connect it to?
