Its BYOB because its full ****. In texas to be full **** you cant serve alcohol. Topless you can serve, but full **** you cant.

Right same out here. But you can't bring beer and buy ice buckets! lawl! It is no liquor on site at all at full nudies out here. You can however take a 15 dollar trip around the block in a van that has been converted into a bar.

The places we used to frequent in Des Moines were BYOB as well. That would **** not having alcohol.
