Even for Jr. Only so many cars are allowed to race and race teams are only allowed so many cars. With huge sponsor contracts with drivers, teams, and tracks it 's not even possible. Only reason he can race in Xfinity is because he owns the dominant team. Even brought back his old number 8.</p></blockquote><p></p>
