If i had 2 amps, one to each sub, and a capacitor, how would i wire them using d-blocks. should i wire from battery to cap to d-block...of from battery to d-block w/ 3outs, one out to the cap and other 2 to the amps... i'm confused. thanks for help. pm me answer's..i hate digging through threads.

More often then not, a capacitor won't help stop dimming lights, either the cap has too high or a ESR or it's just another tax on a spent charging system.

But if you do choose to use a capacitor, keep it as close to your amps as possible, within 18" is best, I don't just mean physically close, I mean short wires. In most installs this should be after the distribution block.
