CVR's

Well since every time i try to search i get a database error. I decided I should just ask my question.

Do Kicker CVR's preform good in a sealed box because my plan was to put two 12's behind the seat of a standard cab 1994 ford f-150.

They would be 2 2 ohm DVC and running off of a 4 channel Hifonics amp that puts out 340 watts x 2 at 4 ohms.

What do you guys think?

Thanks, Snow

ehm, lowriderram95 or something like that has 2 12" cvr's in his.... 95 ram standard cab, they sound pretty nice... but could still stand to use bigger boxes, i dont know about how much space you are working with tho.

yes, 94, my son has one, thought about the Kicker CVT 12's?
Yeah i was kinda thinking about these to. but i dont know much about these at all have you heard them before.

Any other suggestions? Not sure exactly what the max mounting depth is.

I have 2 12" CVR's in a 2.5 cube sealed box off 600 watts, and they sound damn good and get plenty loud for myself. I heard a single 12 CVT in a guy's Ram before, and it sounded good, good sq and got decently loud for a single 12.

Swick

for same power handling, smaller sealed, look at the CVT 12's, then you have plenty of room. I have one 12" in my son's 94 F150, with 400+ watts, MORE than enough for him.
I bet it sounds great too, huh? I was impressed with them after we did an install with 2 CVT 10's in a 08 f250 crew cab behind the back seat.
