CVA-1005 Widescreen (16:9)?

I just got this monitor and was wondering if it is 16:9 as I cannot get it to look right using a PS2 in DVD mode.

try changin the screen display settings on the ps2 hit select or start and find the screen where u can change the display between 16x9 and i dunno at the moment but theres other choices along with full screen. my ps2 isnt hooked up at the moment but if u try it and cant get it post back and ill hook u up with full directions. peace

So the 1005 IS widescreen 16:9? I'll give it a try.

im not familiar with that screen just try setup and screen size on the ps2 it may or may not be in widescreen. If everything is short and wide on ur screen,you can fix it withthe screen setup on the ps2. otherwise there should be a way to change ur format on ur screen, is it an in dash or flip or what?
