I work at Circuit City installing, and today I did some rear speakers for a guy. Everything went well, and he left out to his car. He comes back in 5 min. later with the 2 grills that come with the speakers (you know with the cool little design on them). He wanted to know why we didn't put these on his car. I tried to explain to him that they wouldn't work with the stock grills/panel in the car.

After some explaining, he then complained that since we didn't use them, that he wanted some money back for them. I tried explaining that they came with the speakers, and they didn't cost him any extra. After a few of us talked to him, who still wanted money back, he finally walked back out to his car, and sat there on his cell phone for like 20 min. before he finally left.

I love people!

I thought to myself...Uhhh, the whole store is electronics. I finally asked her, what exactly are you looking for? Dumb bish said computers...

When I was an installer I loved the guys who'd want to stand there and breathe down your neck while your working on their car. Thank God for the "Due to Insurance Regulations Customers are not Permitted in Installation Bay" signs. I also loiked when the guys would call and basically want you to hook their system up over the phone. Anytime I start missing installing I think about sh1t like that.

I love it when ppl get that way. I sell alot of auto parts at night and ppl always ***** about the price if its to high. They always ask for the manager cause they think im trying to steal there money. So when they ask for the manager i just spin around real quick and say can i help you.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I just love the look they give me when i spin, its great and since im only 21 they get so mad. People always ask for a discount, and i tell them if i can get a discout at there job. They say no, so i say no. Some ppl just dont understand things.

Oh yes that is the worst. Some people stand there and keep asking questions along the lines of, "Is it hard to do that?"

Yea but what you have to understand is when you work retail, we......as sales associates, we are expected to know everyone one of lifes questions, or so people think. And if we don't know every single solitary thing, they say "Can I speak to your Manager." I just hate people in general now.
