Im trying to run the faceplate of my Alpine CDA-9851 about 4ft away from the head unit. Im using cat-5 to run the wire. When I soldered it up I wasnt gettin any light to the lcd or controls as far cd controls. the only control I had on the faceplate was volume. Wondering if this is impossible to do b/c of distance and voltage drop. Pls help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
